Our mission is to provide financial assistance on a timely, fair and ethical basis to individuals and firms at a reasonable cost in situations where the benefits derrived from using our services far exceed the costs of our services. We provide the means for attorneys and law firms to stabilize their cash flow; expand their business; earn more from their existing business; take advantage of opportunities; and avoid unfavorable consequences of being undercapitalized.  We will only work with attorneys and law firms in situations in which there will be a "win/win" outcome for both parties.  If our financial services won't "repay" the attorney more than they "cost" under any given circumstance, we will not pursue the business.  We must be "on your side" and not "adversarial" to you.
