We are a boutique law firm located in West Los Angeles specializing in real estate law, business law, contracts, and commercial litigation. We are a "full service" firm, meaning that we both draft real estate and business documents and handle litigation cases should they arise. Our client base includes small to medium-sized business owners, real estate buyers, sellers real estate agents, and high net-worth individuals.
Attorney Stephen J. Gross has concentrated for over 25 years on business and real estate transactional matters, including the drafting of real estate purchase-sale agreements, corporate and partnership buy-sale agreements, as well as the formation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies (LLCs). Attorney Leo Fasen has been a trial lawyer for over 30 years. He has vast experience in business and real estate litigation cases. Together we bring collectively OVER 50 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE to the table.
Our Philosophy
We don't maintain lavish offices nor do we employ law clerks and paralegals. We are "hands on" practitioners and we keep our overhead low. In this way, we are able to pass onto you the savings in terms of legal fees. Whereas most attorneys in the West Los Angeles/Beverly Hills area charge $400.00/hour and upward, we are able to charge less for the same expertise. Also, we view litigation as a process whereby even if the client wins, the client may be dissatisfied because of the cost and emotional turmoil associated with litigation. We recognize there are cases where unfortunately there is no choice but to go to trial, and if this situation arises, we are prepared to do so. However we make a concerted effort to encourage mediation whenever possible and always make every attempt to work with opposing counsel toward that end. We provide litigation services in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, and Riverside counties.
